NGC Grading On-site at ANA World's Fair of Money 2024

NGC will offer on-site grading and encapsulation of US coins at the ANA World's Fair of Money in Rosemont, IL from Tuesday, August 6 through Thursday, August 8 at 3:00 p.m. Coins will be returned by the end of the day on Friday, August 9. Coins must be picked up by the end of the show. NGC representatives will be at Booth 100-110.
Cut-off times are subject to change. Check at the NGC booth for the latest information.Save time at the booth by completing your submission forms in advance. Use the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner on NGCcoin.com to access online and fillable PDF submission forms.
Submitters must pay by credit card or check at the show; cash cannot be accepted as a form of payment.

NGC show representatives will also be accepting regular submissions for all service levels to be sent to our office in Sarasota, Florida. The cut-off time for regular submissions is 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10. Services include ancient, US and world coin grading, PreScreen Bulk submissions, imaging and more.
Special Note: Due to the special handling required, NGC does not accept submissions of the following coins and notes at this show: coins and notes for First/Early Releases designations, coins over 3.5 inches (90 mm) in diameter and 0.39 inches (10 mm) in depth and coins that NGC requires to be submitted in original Mint-sealed packing, including:

- American Liberty 4-medal set
- March of Dimes 3-coin set
- West Point 2-coin set
- San Francisco 2-coin Proof set
- 30th Anniversary Eagles
- 25th Anniversary Eagles

- 10th Anniversary Platinum Sets
These submissions must be sent directly to NGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, by the submitter.
At this show, NGC will also be accepting submissions of pop culture collectibles to Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), including comics, magazines, trading cards, sports cards, video games and home video. Paid memberships to NGC also include submission privileges to CGC, and submitters save one way on shipping by bringing collectibles to the show. Please note that submission forms for CGC services must be completed in advance and brought to the show to accompany the collectibles being submitted.
