NGC, NCS, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards Accepting Submissions at the December HKINF

Certified Collectibles Group – International Hong Kong Limited (CCG Hong Kong), the Hong Kong, China, affiliate of Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services® (NCS®), Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®), Authenticated Stamp Guaranty® (ASG®) and CGC Cards™ will accept submissions at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), on December 10-12, 2024. PMG is also grading banknotes on-site and both NGC and PMG are providing free coin and paper money evaluations at the CCG Hong Kong booth.

On-site Grading

Submissions for the PMG on-site grading event must be received by CCG Hong Kong by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at CCG Hong Kong’s booth at the HKINF. Note: Cutoff times are subject to change due to high demand. Check with show staff for the latest information. CCG Hong Kong will endeavor to have all notes submitted for this event completed and ready for pick-up or return shipment starting Friday, December 20, 2024.

Submitting to NGC, NCS, PMG, ASG and CGC Cards

Regular NGC, NCS, PMG and CGC Cards submissions will also be accepted. All regular submissions to NGC, NCS, PMG and CGC Cards are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for grading. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the companies’ Hong Kong office for pick up.

All regular ASG submissions will be accepted and held for the next on-site grading event in Hong Kong (tentatively planned for April 2025).

Completed submissions may be picked up at the Hong Kong office or shipped back to customers by prior arrangement.

Paid NGC, PMG and ASG Collector members (Associate and higher) can submit directly to CCG Hong Kong. For CGC Cards, you can also submit with a free account. NGC and PMG Evaluations

• Augusto Liu, NGC Senior Grading Finalizer and Director of Grading in Shanghai, will be conducting free evaluations of modern and vintage Chinese coins as well as world vintage coins.
• Evaluations will be provided on Tuesday, December 10 from 10:00 to 13:00 at the CCG Hong Kong booth.

• Adam Howerton, Vice President of PMG Grading, will be conducting free evaluations of paper money.
• Evaluations will be provided on Tuesday, December 10 from 10:00 to 12:00 at the CCG Hong Kong booth.

To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 5 coins and 5 notes per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the coins and notes are submitted and evaluated at our office.
