Players Can Now Acquire NGC-certified Eagle Privy Mark American Silver Eagles in Eighth Era Mobile Game

Players of the new mobile video game Eighth Era™ have an opportunity to acquire an NGC-certified example of the 2025 American Silver Eagle bullion coin with the new eagle-in-flight privy mark, via gameplay and in-game tournaments beginning on April 7, 2025.

Many of Eighth Era's major characters (including the American Silver Eagles-inspired character Golden Griffin), levels of play and rewards, are inspired by historical coins. Created by gaming publisher and developer Nice Gang® (www.NiceGang.com), the innovative game is free to play and available to download on iOS and Android devices.

Starting April 7, players who reach Level 7 will unlock the exclusive chance to purchase NGC-certified MS 70 American Silver Eagles that feature the bold new eagle-in-flight privy mark, while supplies last. For gamers and coin collectors seeking a competitive experience, American Silver Eagles with the new eagle-in-flight privy mark can also be won by competing in the tournament-style competition, which can be unlocked once a player reaches Level 6.

Held over a two-week period, tournament winners who achieve first place in the Level 41-60 bracket will receive an Eighth Era gold gilted hero coin, in addition to an American Silver Eagle with eagle-in-flight privy mark. In collaboration with the US Mint, the coins available to Eighth Era players will be among the first 50,000 released.

NGC was selected by Nice Gang to certify the limited-edition Silver Eagles, which come with special NGC labels that, appropriately, feature the game's eagle character, the Golden Griffin. In addition, some are also hand-signed by Mark Salzberg, who is one of the world’s most respected and accomplished numismatists, co-founder of the Certified Collectibles Group (of which NGC is part) and now co-founder of Nice Gang. Please note that the hand-signed labels are not available through the game but can be purchased through Coin Advisor.
