NGC March Baltimore Show Releases

The US Mint is expected to offer several issues for sale at the Baltimore Expo, including 2016-W Proof Gold Buffalo $50 coins and 2016-S 13-Coin Clad Proof Sets. To commemorate the release of these coins, NGC will offer its popular BALTIMORE SHOW RELEASES designation for eligible coins purchased at the US Mint booth at the Baltimore Expo and submitted to NGC at that show. The original US Mint purchase receipt is required to receive this designation. Coins with the Baltimore Show Releases designation will receive a separate listing in the online NGC Census.

The FIRST DAY OF ISSUE designation will also be available for select coins that qualify. Coins received within the first 30 days of release may alternatively receive NGC's EARLY RELEASES® or FIRST RELEASES® designations. The First Day of Issue, Early Releases and First Releases designations each receive separate listings in the online NGC Census.

2016 Proof Gold Buffalo $50

FIRST DAY OF ISSUE Submission Instructions

Available for 2016 Proof Gold Buffalo $50 coins purchased on the first day of sales (March 31) and submitted to NGC on that day, either at the Baltimore Expo or shipped by overnight mail arriving April 1.

• Coins must be submitted to NGC on March 31 to qualify.
• Submit the coins under the Express grading tier or higher. Select Special Label/Releases - Other under Services (section 7). The Special Label/Releases fee is waived for this designation.
• Write "First Day of Issue" in bold letters on the NGC submission form.
• The default label will be NGC's Blue First Day of Issue label shown below:

• Remove the coins from the US Mint packaging and submit them raw in capsules. Do not submit the Mint packaging.
• If you would like Mint capsules returned, select "Return Mint Packaging" in section 3.

BALTIMORE SHOW RELEASES Submission Instructions

2016 13-Coin Clad Proof Sets

Available for 2016 13-Coin Clad Proof Sets purchased on the first day of sales (April 1) and submitted to NGC on that day, either at the Baltimore Expo or shipped by overnight mail arriving April 2.

• Coins must be submitted on April 1 to qualify.
• Submit the coins under the Modern grading tier or higher. Select Special Label/Releases - Other under Services (section 7). The Special Label/Releases fee is waived for this designation.
• Write "First Day of Issue" in bold letters on the NGC submission form.
• The default label will be NGC's Blue First Day of Issue label shown below:

• You may submit the coins in the hard plastic US Proof Set packaging.
• If you would like the packaging returned, select "Return Mint Packaging" in section 3.
